Nik94 Café & Patisserie in Udaipur, a Studio RE.IN creation inspired by Japanese Wabi-Sabi philosophy, is a stylish contradiction. Transforming a retrofitted space into a bistro, the design team, led by Nikhil Bafna and Shail Bhensjariya, embraces the cafe’s architectural roots. Arches become vaults, framing views, and defining spaces. The connection between indoors and outdoors creates a light-filled ambiance, with continuous linear seating and planters adding a touch of nature. Natural lighting dances through, resulting in a calming and uplifting atmosphere, making Nik94 more than just a café; it’s a harmonious retreat for indulgence and relaxation.
